THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS
A teacher had just given her classroom of students a lesson on magnetism and magnets.
To close the session, she stated: “My name begins with “m” and I pick up things. What am I?”
One boy responded immediately: “A Mother!”
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
Christian, be assured, Jesus “shall deliver thee!”
He shall deliver thee from the evil of this world into the joy of heaven!
He shall delver you from “the snare of the fowler,” or the entanglements of the devil.
In times of temptation, the Presence of God through His Holy Spirit stands between us and the net of the “fowler.”
He gives us strength and fortitude to resist.
He shall deliver you from the “noisome pestilence,” or loud wickedness.
If you do partake of sin, His Holy Spirit will bring immediate conviction.
1 John 1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Being truly given to Christ, your desire will be to repent, confess sin and be forgiven.
He shall also delver you from “the snare of the fowler,” or his accusations against you.
On that great judgment day, when we stand before Christ in shame, He shall stand against our accuser and say,
”This one is Mine, I paid for his/her sins with My blood!”
Know that by your surrender to Christ as Lord, you are surrendered to “The GREAT Deliverer!”
