The TRUTH is:
Most "New Year's Resolutions" end up in the garbage after 3 weeks.

Growing "old" is mandatory.
Growing "up" is optional.

Laughing is good exercise.
It's like jogging on the inside.

2 Peter 3:18
But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Both grace from God and the knowledge of Jesus are like the shower.
They are always there, but one must actually enter to receive the benefit.

In order to "grow" in grace and knowledge of Jesus, one must OPEN:
the heart, the mind, and the Bible.

There are many predictions about what may happen in 2011.
Some economists declare a "meltdown" in general.
Some say there will be an "upturn."

But, TRUTHFULLY, one can predict that there will be:
more crime, more corruption, and more Christians who won't
"Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior..."

Whatever happens in the world, we should still be growing in Christ.
Life is not about tragic difficulties.
Life is about being, doing and going on.

Resolutions are like babies crying in church; they must be carried out to be good.

Let us resolve to:
not be content with the grace and knowledge of Christ which brought us to conversion, but
rather -- to GROW in Him, and for Him so we might bring more glory to Him!

Love ya!
