THROUGH THE BIBLE IN THREE YEARS

DAILY DEVOTIONS

HI!

I was taking a "sleep test."

As the nurse-technician was connecting all the wires, she said,
"Now, if you stop breathing more than a few seconds,
I will come and wake you."

I said, "If I stop breathing, just leave me alone. For, if I die,
I'll be much better off in God's hands than I could ever be in this world!"

Light from the Word.

We can take comfort in what God "hath said."
"For He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee!"

In all of life's difficulties, we can be content because we know
His presence!
His promises in the Word comfort our soul.
His continual fellowship encourages and strengthens.

The wealth of God's fellowship eclipses the riches of this world.
We can be content to know He loves us, is saving us, and will
one day bring us into His eternal home.

Yes, we work to earn and gain.
Yes, we desire to leave an inheritance for our children.
But our greatest desire, as Christians, is to be with Him!

All that the world says and promises cannot compare to what God
"hath said!"

What God "hath said," He IS SAYING!
For the Bible is the LIVING WORD!

Like Christ, the Bible is UNchanging......the same
yesterday, today and tomorrow.

For the truly saved, Christ is ALWAYS present!

Study the Bible and know what God
"hath said," and IS SAYING!

Love ya!
